Halbert Katzen, JD tours the United States giving slide presentations about The Urantia Book and its uniquely emerging quality of credibility. As the creator of the UBtheNEWS project and a Urantia Book scholar for over twenty-five years, he is uniquely qualified to educate audiences about this remarkable book and the recent documentation of how science has been catching up assertions it made about history and science over fifty years ago.

Events are typically one and half to two hours long, being equally divided between the slide presentation and a Q & A period. However, material can readily be developed to fit the time and context of any event. From university classrooms to faith-based communities, from keynote addresses to brief introduction, from community events to private functions, everyone should feel free to request the type of presentation that meets their needs.

The Urantia Book- a unique quality of credibility

No other book is so richly detailed with such a wide variety of scientific and historic information AND exhibits the unique quality of having science catch up to it for over fifty years.

Halbert Katzen, JD travels the country doing presentations on The Urantia Book. It was first published in 1955 and offers information on a wide variety of subjects, including theology, philosophy, cosmology, science and history. The Urantia Book is developing a unique quality of credibility because scientific advances have been increasingly and dramatically corroborating the information in The Urantia Book about science and history that was inconsistent with or not addressed by scholarship at the time of publication.

Halbert works with a team of individuals to research and report on these emerging developments. These reports are written for people who are unfamiliar with The Urantia Book and do not have a background in science. The reports are published at UBtheNEWS.com.

The presentation lasts approximately one hour and is then followed by a Q & A/discussion period. A brief description of the Urantia Book and its history will be provided, if people attend who are unfamiliar with the Urantia Book. The vast majority of the presentation focuses on how science is catching up to it.

Halbert is the author of The Logic of Love: Finding Faith through the Heart-Mind Connection. His undergraduate work was an interdisciplinary major called The Nature and Development of Religious Experience. He also holds graduate degrees in business and law.
